"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."

Random iPhone photos, Episode 5(ish)

You know it's Summer when you're out grilling some yummy burgers! And last night we did sliders....they were SO good!!

We are still hooked on Yogurtland...it makes for a fun little outing after a long day! : )

I love this one of Brody in front of Ruby's! It was my phone wall paper for awhile. This was when we when Lauren came home for the summer and we went out for a family dinner. : )

Brody stopped by the office one morning to re-fill his car with litruature--and I snuck this photo! I love it. I labeled it 'Step into my office' on Instagram (an iPhone photo app). : )

We went by the Great Park one night because one of our favorite food trucks was there!

The first Friday night San O of the Summer! I LOVE this time of year, and we so look forward to Fridays because of this! How could you not? It's beautiful, relaxing and full of people we love!

Another food truck night. Theres a cheese burger, PB&J + Banana, Fried Chicken, and Spam and Eggs (quail egg). They were all amazing!! From a truck called, 'The Burnt Truck'. A little inspiration for making our own sliders. : )

Disneyland Date night before Brody went to the Dallas show---at the Orleans Cafe!

Our new Cookie jar....I LOVE it!! Oreo's are now in it, which seems fitting, since it's milks favorite cookie! ; )

Hope you enjoyed some random photos from my phone! : ) More to come!

Here is another post of photos from my iPhone...

A couple months ago I got to watch my friend Camille's little girl Gabby. It was so fun to spend some time with her....and she looked too cute napping not to get a pic!

This is Jeff and Brody after moving Jeff and Camille's stuff back here to Orange County. It was a long day! haha

One of my favorite things. : )

Jeff Lewis from Bravos 'Flipping Out' at one of my Dad's accounts in LA. He came in with his assistants and He and I exchanged "Hellos". His show is one we have watched from the beginning, it was so fun to see them in person!

I caught this happy face firework on one of our Sunday drives to watch the Disneyland fireworks! : )

About a month ago we had record breaking highs! We couldn't believe how hot is was. It never gets this hot in Irvine.

We ate at the Crab Cooker with my family and all the couples who were here for the Mission reunion. Even though I'm not a fish eater, I love this place.

As you can see, I don't really like that idea : )

Right now you can see the Christmas all set up in the back lot at Disneyland. Can't wait for the park to be dressed up for Christmas!

Lunching at Pinks in LA last week. Yummm...

Disneyland fireworks Halloween night.

At Grauman's Chinese Theater in LA this past week...

That's all for now.... : )

Here are a couple random photos from my phone : )

Weekend breakfasts are the best!
It's not always pancakes and bacon of course...but it is fun to make it something special and different from the rest of the week! : )

I took this photo as we were driving up the coast one day to meet some friends for lunch. Some how I am always struck at what a beautiful area we (are so lucky to) live in! : )

Every Summer we take a trip to the Rainbow Sandals factory store, just to look around and see what they have that is new and get some lunch. It's a fun little outing.

There is this amazing Italian market in...I think its Fountain Valley. They sell these pizza kits for $6, and you can easily make two good sized pizzas from it. They give you the dough to roll out, sauce and cheese! We love it!

This was at our last official Summer Friday night at San O! The sunsets are so lovely! : )

I honestly have no clue what this is. haha. It was on my phone and Brody I think it may be Star Tours right after they closed it for its year (or just over a year) remodel....but we don't know! ; )

My first time having Shabu-Shabu. It's an Asian cuisine that Brody has become familiar with through some of his Koren accounts in LA (one of the many things we love about Brody's job, is he gets this great exposure to all these different cultures. And LA is a hot bed for that) : ) . It was SO good and A LOT of fun! You get a plate of raw meats and veggies and you cook them in that boiling pot of water in front of you (sometimes you can get flavored water too).

My Mom and I were in Arcadia this past week and stumbled upon a neighborhood that is over run with wild peacocks. It was so cool! In most yards there were about 5 of them, and then there were peacocks wondering down the roads, in bushes and so on. It was pretty fun to drive through. I rolled down my window to take a photo, and one came storming up to the car like it was going to hop in! ; ) Maybe they are used to being feed? Even though there is a sign that says there is a $1,000 fine for feeding them. Yikes!

That is all the photos I have for now! : )

More post's to come soon....

Photos from my iPhone

Photos kinda pile up on my phone, so I thought I would post some resent ones here. : )

Memorial Day. We drove up to Long Beach to have a nice dinner on the water, as we were passing Huntington Beach along the coast we saw this HUGE flag right by Dukes.

The Beautiful harbor, with the Queen Mary behind.

The restaurant we ate at had Cotton Candy. The table next to us got it, and we thought it looked too fun to pass up! : )

The view from our table...

First San O night! We had a great group, but it was pretty chilly! It has gotten warmer each Friday night from there on. : )

Our family cat, Rory. She has been quite the "people cat" lately, and if you know this cat, you know that's not like her at all. : )

Sunday Naps, "watching" some soccer (I like the place a bit on the cold side, I air blows right down on you here, so I put this blanket over him. How comfy does this look? : )

After the big come back & win by the Lakers, we all went up to Fashion Island and got some of the Championship gear before it sold out! We got there 1 min before they were to close.

Game snacks I made : )

This past Friday night at San O - Much warmer, and this time I didn't miss the sunset!

He's just so cute!

Warming up our toes around the fire : )

We saw Toy Story in IMAX 3D. It was so cute, and a blast in IMAX! It's been a looong time since I have seen an IMAX movie, and the screen is SO big, it makes you feel like one of the toys! haha : )

Brody fixting my alternator!! So lucky that he is good (and loves) to learn how to fix cars (and has my amazing Dad to learn all this handy stuff from). It's going to keep the cars we love running as long as we need them too. : )

Brody & John Money checking things out on Brody's new iPad : )

Driving around with the top down! Summer is in full swing! : )

....The end!
