They have been painting our apartment building this week---and this morning after Brody and I got ready and were heading out for the day, we came to the door and heard some singing and scuffing...I looked throw the peep hole and saw this! We were laughing so hard! (Make sure your sound is on! The singing is a bit hard to hear)
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."

Date Night @ Disneyland
This past week I was going around to all 8 Expos taking down 5 fixtures (by a firm deadline)per store and packing them up and getting them sent back to the factory, all by myself (well 6 stores by myself from San Diego to LA). This was the first time I have ever done something like this on my own, it was a bit taxing when your trying to fight off a cold at the same time, but I was really proud of my self for getting it all done! Usually the harder you work the better you feel after!! =) ---by the time Friday rolled around I was finishing up working in Monrovia, then came home and ran some errands....and then was really ready for a fun weekend, and we kicked it off right!...Date night at Disneyland!
Of course we have to do our Tram shot
Brody in line for the Monsters Inc. (my favorite movie) ride...pretending that the monster food behind him is gross....and trying not to laugh....
like this.....

Brody on California Screaming
For the first time ever, we watched the whole Firework show, from the end of main street in that little round-about area---and skipped going on rides, taking advantage of the fact that everyone was watching the firework show. We loved it!! It was so much fun to see what they did with the castle during the show, and just see how it all goes together---instead of hearing and seeing little bits while being on rides. It is a really great show!
We recommend watching it at lest once....and then go back to going on rides while over half the park is watching the show! =) I had some fun taking photos during the show...it was a bit hard since we were so far from the castle (and it would change colors and get dark), but they still turned out....=)

The end...
Main Street packed with people....It's summer alright!

Us on Thunder Mountain (on of our favorites)

We thought this could count as a Hidden Mickey! ; )
Leaving the park after such a fun night!! (with Mickey and Tink in the background)

Aloha from the big Island!
Landing in Kona. It was probably the smallest airport I have seen, it was so fun to walk down the stairs and across the tarmac!
Brody and John Money walking along. The Moneys came with us, and were on the same flight over as us, which was really fun!
A cute photo of Lauren and a sea turtle! The day after arriving in Hawaii, we got to go skin diving! It has been years since I have been, and it was Brody's first time! We all had so much fun looking at the fish and enjoying the beautiful beach!
Brody getting ready to see some fishes!

Dad and Lauren

Brody's loving the dive! =)
Me and the Sea Turtle
We went to the Hilton for dinner one night. This place was it's own city!! It has a man made beach with tropical fish and turtles, lots of pools, dolphins a boat and tram that goes to the different buildings (like Disneyland) and so much more!! It was so pretty!
The tram that we took from the lobby to one of the many restaurants they have
This is were we ate, it is a little dark, but you can see the boat docked under the roof to the left.
Brody relaxing at the condo...
Us at A-bay
Dad and Lauren on the swinging bridge at the Hilton....or aka, the Swimming bridge! ; )
Brody and I
Golfing: Day 1. The first day we went golfing Brody played with Chris Money, it was so fun, but SO windy---and the guys did great!!

On the way to the Volcano we made a little detour to this beautiful little beach to watch the local surfers...

Having a picnic lunch before our Volcano adventure
Us and the Volcano!! We have been keeping track of it for several months before we came. I love that we got to see it while it was so active!

Going into the Lava Tubes...
Brody and I inside the dark lava tube
It was pretty fun to be in the bit with out lights...it was darker than dark!! =)

The crew that did the 4 mile Volcano hike
I knew the other Volcano was active, and for some reason I assumed this one was 'dead' (I guess because I thought they would not let so many people walk on top of an active Volcano), but I later found out that I was wrong! I am SO glad I did this hike, it was so much fun!!
Me by a steam hole! RIGHT after this was taken the wind shifted and I got a blast of steam right at me, it was SOOOOOO hot!! =)
Stopping at a marker to learn more about the Volcano...
Brody and at the end of the hike!! What a good feeling to be at the end of that fun hike! The last part of it we had to go up these stairs that were so steep!

About 5 mins after we had all ended the hike, it started raining, and this beautiful rainbow washed over the Volcano we were just in!! It was soooo pretty!!
The Kona Temple was so beautiful!

Golfing: Day 2
Brody was amazing on this hole! The green was around the corner to the left....and thats where his ball went! =) He was SO excited!!
Whoo Hoo!! great shoot Brody!
Running for a ball...
Lining up my putt....and it's lookin' good! =)

"Hey batter, batter, batter..." Oh wait, thats the wrong sport.....

The night before we left we went to this hotel where these HUGH Mantaray's come to feed. We got to see two of them, one was about 10 feet or so. It was SO cool to watch them! This is a photo (no flash, because if I did, it would be a black photo) of the bottom of a ray.
On Saturday I got to do something I have wanted to do my whole life! I got to swim with the Dolphins!! It was so amazing! I got to swim with them and touch them more then we thought I would get to. I had a great trainer! Below is a photo of me feeding him a fish!

We took a photo of the screen where we previewed the photos that they took. =) I was holding him under his belly, and could feel his heart beating so fast! It was so cute! It was a blast, I could swim with them all day! =)

Thank you again to Mom and Dad for another amazing trip! We love you!!
(sorry, If parts of this post are short or it does not flow too well....I did this post kinda fast before work)
