"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."

Because you need to laugh everyday....=)

We were over at Camille and Jeff's this past weekend and they showed us this! It gave us a laugh and hopefully will do the same for you! I'm sure some of you have already seen it, but it was new to us! =)

Weekend re-cap!

Christmas break has been such a blast. Between work and school it isn't always easy to find a lot of free time to fit in the things we love! So we take full advantage of these breaks before things get busy again, to have fun & enjoy life!
We have been getting some golfing in. We went on Friday and as always it was a lot of fun! I think this was Brodys 2nd or 3rd time over the break so far. =)
We did some putting while we waited for a tee time

Brody eyeing his shot
.
Friday night we saw High School Musical 3 (I have wanted to see it! I love cheesy Disney movies), at the Dollar Theater (We love that place)! It was pretty cute, and I just LOVED this song called 'Can I have this dance'---again, cheesy but so cute! =)

Saturday at Brodys first soccer game of the year & new season
So far they are undefeated have won both of their games! Go Animals!!
Being such wonderful friends Brad and Andrea came down for the game! Andrea made some new BFF's by cheering for our team from the sidelines! =) It was so fun having them at the game, the team was up 17 to 0 at the half so the 3 of us just ended up chatting and kind of forgetting about the game--but we did see Brody score a goal!! =)The team won, something like 26 to 0....they stopped putting up the score after about 20! Thanks again for coming down and seeing us! We will be to UT soon!
That night we had dinner with Camille and Jeff at Outback! And it turned into an early Birthday dinner! =)
And we all dug in!

After dinner we all went back to Camille and Jeff's apartment to hang out---and we got to see a DVD of baby Gabby with ultra sound videos and photos! It was so cute and amazing to she little Gabby moving around! It was so fun and we are just so excited and happy for them!!
Here are the guys lounging after the Chargers game, and watching funny things on You Tube! It was a really fun night and we didn't leave till 11pm. =)
It was a fun weekend, and it has been such a fun break so far---we are so grateful for all our friends, they are so fun and easy to be with! Lot's and lot's of laughs, and more soon to come! =)

Ringing in the New Year Frandsen/Foy Style!!!

I LOVE New Years Eve!! All the sights, sounds, colors, and excitement! Everyone all excited and looking forward to the new year with hope, new goals and dreams! =) This year we were lucky enough to spend New Years with Brad and Andrea, who we love ---We are so lucky to have such great friends and wish they lived closer!! We are so happy they were willing to make the trip and to brave New Years at Disneyland with us for a 2nd year (but this time being inside the park)! This year we were able to get into Disneyland right when we got there! We were expecting it to be insane, but it wasn't as bad as we were all prepared for! We went back and forth between the parks and got in 8 rides (only 2 were in California Adventure), about half the rides we walked right on and the longest we waited was about 30min! It was such a blast, and we got to ring in the new year in Disneyland by the castle! =)
Brad and Andrea on Finding Nemo

Us on Finding Nemo (The flash and the sub light went on at the same time, so we look kinda sqintey) =)
Some lights and decor by the Castle

The DJ, who as we walked by welcomed us to 'Club Disneyland' =) There was SO much excitement there!! It was SO foggy and it made the lights look amazing! We loved it! Andrea and I couldn't get over all the lights and decorations around the castle!
All of us on Pirates--Yo ho! =)
Brad and Andrea at Midnight!
....and us! =)

Part of the party in California Adventure
' Tower of Terror (Fun)' We started calling it 'Tower of Fun' to ease Andreas worries about the ride! =)
Love this photo!

We went back to Disneyland at 1am and rode Thunder Mountain
Whoo Hoo!

...and 'Small World' which was all decked out for Christmas in side!
We had SUCH a blast and didn't get home until after 3am---We were all having too much fun and didn't want to leave (we were in the park after 2am)!! It was a perfect New Years Eve! Thank you again Brad and Andrea for braving the crowds and driving all that way from UT to spend New Years with us at Disneyland with us once again! We sure love you guys!!

Here is a little video of what the night was like: (I didn't edit it, so it's a bit random and choppy---and it transferred all pixelated---but it works!) =)....and yes, we did dance and party in the streets of Disneyland!! =)

We hope everyone had a fun and safe New Years Eve!! We wish you a wonderful 2009!! =) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Christmas!

For years and years we have driven around our neighborhood, picked out our favorite Christmas light displays and on Christmas eve we give them awards (anonymously). It is so much fun---some years they will hang them on their windows to show off their award!
Lauren dropping off one of the awards...

After we opened gifts we went over the the Money's house for a beautiful and delicious Christmas brunch!!
Some California snow on Christmas day! Rain...=)
Trying out the new Hot Chocolate maker---it is so great!
Playing with the new Helicopters--they fight and shoot the other out of the sky
We are SO excited about our ipod touches! This was our big gift to each other, we also ended up giving each other gift cards for itunes with out knowing it! =) These things are SO much fun, its like having the iphone, with out having to get it---It does SO much! =)
Lauren and Brody playing a little Guitar Hero =)
Later that night my Mom, Brody and I were in search for some good Christmas lights...and since we all have passes....we ended up at Disneyland and we were just in time for the show and the snow! =)

Since I was only prepared to drive around looking at lights, I was wearing my rainbows---my feet got so cold I had to stand on a light in the ground at Disneyland---it worked really well! =)

Last but not lest---our new and improved Hot Chocolate maker! Thank you again Mom and Dad, we love it!! We have some mixing away right now! =)
We had such a fun Christmas! Full of Fun, Family and Friends...what more could you ask for? Now we look forward with excitement and hope to a new year!  We hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Christmas! =)
