We spent this Thanksgiving in Park City with my family. Lauren could not come home this year because of a good friend's wedding that was the next day & also work---So we all came to her! It was such a fun trip!! We stayed at this great resort called
The Canyons.
The Canyons has this wonderful restaurant called
The Cabin, where we got our Thanksgiving feast. When you go to pick it up the chef comes out and hands it to you and tells you a little about the food.
As Brody and I were in the restaurant, everyone coming out keep saying how they have never had a meal THAT good. One older man said, "That was the best meal I have had since I left Europe", we were all pretty excited to start feasting!!
Lauren works at this great bakery in Provo called The Sweet Tooth Fairy --- And part of her job the day we came up were these super cute turkey cupcakes (looks like a turkey, not turkey flavored...haha)! She did an amazing job! : )
Nothing like a world class feast and Thanksgiving Football.
We also had Danny Livingston and his wife Juileanne, and Lauren's friend Emma for Thanksgiving, which made it really fun!
That night we went to
Deer Valley to check out the new
St Regis Hotel , and rode the funicular that takes you up to the main hotel. It was so fun, the hotel was not officially open yet, they were just doing a soft opening, and everything smelled so new.
Here is how the track looks : )
.....And here we all are riding it! It was a lot of fun to explore the place.

That night we also met back up with Lauren and we all went to see The Christmas Carol in 3D.
it was sort of....a bit too....creepy. But seeing a movie is always fun!
A little Hot Chocolate on the Balcony and great veiw of Park City in the morning?
Yes please!
Brody got up early one morning and made this snowman for me while I was asleep! Apparently he was planning it the night before! : ) So cute!! I LOVED it!
The day after Thanksgiving, Brody and I went Snow Tubing! This was one of the most fun things I have done, I LOVED it!!
This was so much fun! We can't wait to do it again.
We went down twice together, and a couple times single.
When Brody went down by himself he got air on a bump, and loved it.
See me at the top of the photo? : ) For some reason I love this pic!
About to go down the hill
From the top of the hill...it's a fun way down!

Love this photo!!
We had such a blast, definitely the highlight of the trip for me!

A video of one of our rides : )
That night we went to the Pizza & Noodle Company on Main Street, a place my family has been going to for years and years!

The cute Main Street

Then we headed to Temple Square to see the first night of the Christmas lights.
This was my favorite part. It looked like fall LED trees. So so pretty!!
And of course we visited our reception room in the Joesph Smith Memorial building; The Empire room.
We had this tree at the reception too, that people put the gifts under---it was an amazing setup that night, and it is always so fun to go back and see it this time of year! : )
The corner where our cake was
....and we had all the beautiful Christmas lights outside the windows, it was perfect! : )

There is nothing like the lights at Temple Square!
A Shoe Tree, we found in Park City....COVERED in shoes!
Lauren knew of this great place to eat called The Eating Establishment. It was a great place to get breakfast...and I'm sure any meal!

Dad didn't think he was too hungry, until he saw all our food : )
Us on Main Street, and Lauren & Dad in the car behind us in the street!
Olympic Park!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the winter Olympics!
I was so excited to spend some time here.
Ever since I was little, the Bobsleds have been one of my favorite things to watch. It looks fun!
Brody is back there, I guess he was being a sledder in action...what a pro : )

Lifting a curling stone
Brody showing off his awesome Skiing skills : )
On our way down to watch the bobsledding...just follow the footprints!
And through the tunnel, up the stairs....
Brody and a Bobsled --- It was SO hard to get a photo with one. At one point we put it on "sport mode", where it takes a bunch of photos at once, and we still missed it. But I love how this one came out.
It was such a blast to see them in action!!! I was loving it!
And I can't wait for the Olympics to start this winter!

And last but not least, some photos of our condo.
Up in the loft, was my parents "master suite", that had it's own little living area.

This was our room. I LOVED that we had a fireplace, door to the balcony, a jacuzzi tub, and more!

It was such a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving week!
