"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences."

Ventura

This past weekend we drove up to Ventura for Brody's brother, Brooks' graduation & little Levi's blessing. On our drive up we decided to take the scenic route and drive up PCH from LA. Traffic in LA was horrible (big surprise), so we got off a bit earlier than we had planned and we came across Tito's Tacos. I hadn't been since I was in Jr.High. It was a really fun pit stop, and we got some extra chips and salsa for our hotel room for the weekend. : )
(The photos below for some reason are mainly from our phones and a point and shoot, only one from our big camera)
Saturday morning was the graduation at Cal State Channel Islands. It ended up being a really beautiful day.

We loved when she came down the row to visit us (which was a lot) : )
I love how much Brody loves to use our big camera! It's so much in fact that I'm thinking we might have to get another one pretty soon....we both like different settings too. ha : )

Marley looking at the program - Brooks' name was actually on this page too. So cute.

We got Marley this cute Dumbo pillow pet that was new at Disneyland. She seemed to love it! : )

It was such a fun weekend! We really enjoyed seeing everyone again, meeting cute little Levi and are so proud of Brooks and his big accomplishment and know he has a great future ahead. : )
